- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred in their country. We will declare the value honestly and cannot mark packages as “gifts.”
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be 100% happy with your order. If you’re not, we’re here to help.
🔁 Returns
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- To request a return, email us at help@cpctoys.com with your order number and reason.
- You will be responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Please do not return items without contacting us first.
💸 Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified via email.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
🔄 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, contact us at help@cpctoys.com with a photo and order number.
🎁 Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift, you may receive store credit or a replacement depending on the situation.
