Q1: What are Countryball plushies made of?
A: All our plushies are made of soft, high-quality short plush fabric and filled with PP cotton for maximum huggability and durability.
Q2: Are the designs official?
A: Our designs are original creations inspired by the Countryball meme community. Most plushies are uniquely designed by our team and handmade in limited batches.
Q3: Are your products safe for children?
A: Yes! All our plush toys are CPSC-compliant and come with official Children’s Product Certificates (CPC) issued in accordance with U.S. federal safety standards. They are lab-tested and safe for children ages 3 and up. We care about your child’s safety as much as you do.
Q4: Can I wash the plushies?
A: Yes! We recommend hand washing with cold water and mild detergent. Air dry only—please do not use a dryer.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Q5: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada and selected other countries. For other countries, please contact us at help@cbctoys.com for availability.
Q6: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days within the U.S.
Q7: Where do you ship from?
A: All orders are shipped from our warehouse in New York.

Q8: What is your return policy?
A: If you’re not 100% satisfied, you can return unused items within 30 days of receipt. Please email us at help@cbctoys.com to initiate a return.
Q9: Can I exchange a plushie?
A: We accept exchanges for defective or wrong items only. If you received a damaged item, please contact us with a photo and order number.

Q11: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll try our best to modify or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Q12: Do you offer gift packaging?
A: We currently do not offer gift wrapping, but our plushies are packed safely and neatly—perfect for gifting.
